Located in South Hill, Manorwood is a planned neighborhood that was first built in the late 1970′s and finished in the early 1980′s. The neighborhood remains one of South Hill’s lovliest.
The vision for Manorwood was to integrate the homes into the natural environment, and the original builders created winding roads and kept many of the old trees that were already there. The result is a lush, natural environment to come home to. Manorwood offers amenities for it’s homeowners such as a clubhouse, pool, RV Storage, and even Tennis Courts.
