Puyallup Area Golf Courses

Looking for a list of great places in Puyallup and South Hill to Tee off?  You’ve come to the right place!  We stretch the boundaries a little bit and have happily included the nearby towns of Orting and Sumner in our list of the areas great local golf courses!

We begin with Sumner Meadows Golf Course located 5 minutes from Downtown Puyallup in the lovely town of Sumner.  At Sumner Meadows, they’re proud of their Scottish links-style layout and their 628 yard hole (one of the longest in Washington State!)  The 6,800 yard course features 5 sets of tees and has something to offer players of all skill levels.

With it’s unique location in Downtown Puyallup between East Main and the Puyallup River, the Linden Golf & Country Club is a special place to play.  Membership at the private club is limited to only 300 members, members usually find wide open play and no wait for tee times.  Check out their membership information here.

Moving up to South Hill, Lipoma Firs Golf Course is located just off Meridian at 10410 187th St E.  Surrounded by a housing development of the same name, Lipoma Firs is a 3,385 yard course has 18 holes designed by Bill Stowe.

Just down the hill in Orting in High Cedars Golf & Country Club.  The championship course has 6,647 yards with 18 holes surrounded by incredible views of the Puyallup Valley, Mt Rainier, and more.  The driving range has both grass and synthetic turf mats. There is a large putting green as well as a chipping area for short games.
